Our Company
Established in 1998, we celebrated our 25th year in 2023. FC is a leader in parking and hospitality staffing solutions. We provide contracted service to more than 150 of the nations most distinguished healthcare facilities, restaurants, country clubs, mixed-use retail, and hotels. We recognize that guests see parking and hospitality attendants as a reflection of the hosting business. Chief Executive Officer | Estlin Rydman, CPP
Following a passion for all things automotive, Estlin began his parking industry career in 1999 providing service to upscale dining establishments. He spent the first 7 years of his career working closely with partners in the food and beverage industry. FC became known as Chicagoland’s premier valet parking provider and began growing at an average thirty percent year over year. With family background in healthcare and experience as an Emergency Medical Technician, Estlin ushered FC’s entrance into the healthcare vertical in 2006. A strong believer in giving back to the community, Estlin founded FC Charitable in 2015 with the goal of team building through volunteer work. In addition to the nation’s top healthcare organizations, the company’s client portfolio includes luxury hotels, residential, and mixed-use retail properties. Under his leadership, the company grew from 15 to over 300 team members. What started as a Chicagoland valet parking company is now a multi-state parking, hospitality, and transportation services company. In 2018 FC was named to INC’s list of the 5000 fastest growing U.S. companies.
While much of the country was in a holding pattern through the 2020 pandemic, Estlin and FC were hard at work. FC implemented a new human capital management system to improve administrative efficiency and pivoted to provide internal support services for its healthcare clients to reduce their labor burden. The company grew its revenue while competitors struggled and increased its headcount during an unprecedented labor shortage. Estlin also used this opportunity to further develop the company’s app-based valet parking software that, among industry-first features, replaces the traditional paper valet ticket with digital tickets sent directly to the guest’s mobile device.
Estlin received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a National Parking Association Certified Parking Professional, a member of the organization’s education committee, and a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program graduate. In 2020, Estlin received the National Parking Association’s 40 under 40 award recognizing professionals under the age of 40 making a difference in the parking or transportation industry.
